Stopped for lunch at Elmira Ontario location July **, ****. Ordered inside and could not believe how loud the radio was playing. Could not hear what order taker was saying, she could not hear me, had to repeat order asked for my receipt and never got it because she could not hear me, asked for straws and another could not hear me. Others I watched had same experience. *I know young kids are the primary workers in fast food chains but customers should not be troubled and have to repeatedly repeat themselves because of loud music*I am not an old **** who hates music and who complains about kids. I am a experienced manager and I know what is acceptable and what is not. Music a a loud level in an area for customer service is not a human rights issue at least yet and should be able to be controlled. *Worse A&W I have been in
