To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
