Do I need to be present during the appraisal inspection?

Asked 6 months ago
No, it is not necessary for you to be present during the appraisal inspection conducted by Vegas Valley Appraisal LLC. Our licensed appraisers are trained professionals who can access the property and complete the inspection without your presence. However, if you would like to be present during the appraisal process, you are more than welcome to do so. We understand that some clients prefer to be there to provide any necessary information or answer any questions the appraiser may have. Ultimately, the decision is entirely up to you. Whether you choose to be present or not, we will ensure a thorough and accurate appraisal of your property for your convenience and peace of mind.
