I don’t want a subscription, and it keeps pulling money off of my card

We're sorry for the confusion you're facing. Here's how to cancel your membership: Log in to your Thrive Market account on their website. Click on the user icon at the top right of the screen, then go to account settings. Next, select "Memberships and billing," then "End Membership." Follow instructions provided on the screen to finish the cancellation process. Remember, you need to cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
