Our return policy at TSS-Radio.com allows customers to return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. The product being returned must be in unused and unopened condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. If the returned product is found to be damaged or missing parts, a restocking fee may apply. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
