SAIA Inc.'s return policy ensures customer satisfaction and allows for hassle-free returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. SAIA Inc. offers two return options: in-store and online. For in-store returns, simply bring the item to any SAIA Inc. store along with the original invoice. When returning online, fill out the return form on our website and follow the provided instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
