The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. SAIA Inc. offers two return options: in-store and online. For in-store returns, simply bring the item to any SAIA Inc. store along with the original invoice. When returning online, fill out the return form on our website and follow the provided instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
