Our return policy at Rendezvous Jewelry is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all the tags intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team and we will guide you through the process. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable.
