How to Request a Refund from Qatar Airlines

To request a refund on a ticket that was bumped, click here to submit a request. From the drop-down menu select, "Request a Refund. Provide your email and then type in the reason why you are requesting a refund in the provided field. Next, you will be asked to select your country from a drop-down menu. Add your flight date in the required field and then below it you will need to enter your Qatar Airlines PNR booking reference number that includes 6 alphanumeric characters. Finally, you can upload any documents that might be needed, then click on "Submit". If your claim is approved, your refund will be put back on the credit card or other form of payment used to purchase the ticket.
