Yes, you can cancel or modify your order after it has been placed on Pastgems.com. However, we request you to contact our customer service team at the earliest to ensure we can accommodate your request. In case of cancellation, if your order has not been shipped yet, we will gladly process the cancellation and issue a refund as per our refund policy. If your order has already been shipped, we advise you to return the item in its original condition for a refund. For order modifications, our customer service team will assist you in making any necessary changes like updating the shipping address or adding/removing items whenever possible. Please note that order modifications may not always be feasible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
