At Panera Bread, we aim to provide you with the highest quality products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of your purchase and we will gladly replace your item or provide a refund. Simply bring your receipt along with the unused portion of the order to the bakery-cafe where you made the purchase. In case of any discrepancies, our friendly team members will be more than happy to assist you. If you have purchased a Panera at Home product from a grocery store, please reach out to the store directly for their return or refund policy. We value your satisfaction and strive to make your experience with us exceptional.
