What is the Old Navy return policy?

The returned items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Old Navy accepts returns both in-store and through mail. If you opt for an in-store return, no receipt is required, and you will receive a full refund. For mail returns, the original shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was deemed defective or incorrect.
