My husband signed up for your NFL package January 7, 2024 but was not able to watch the Packer game. We canceled right away but have not been reimbursed yet. How do I get that to happen?

If you canceled your NFL package and are eligible for a refund according to the terms and conditions, your reimbursement typically should come through in 7-10 business days. If it's been longer than that, it may be worth checking with your bank first. If they have no record of the refund, your issue might need a bit more attention.
