Our return policy at Mysafebirdstore.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on open consumable products, such as food or toys, for health and safety reasons.
