What is Molex Incorporated's return policy?

At Molex Incorporated, we prioritize customer satisfaction, and thus, offer a comprehensive return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories. Please note that custom or specially ordered products might not be eligible for return, subject to approval. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with the order details, and they will guide you through the process, including providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we receive your returned item, we will process it promptly and issue a refund, excluding any shipping or restocking fees that may apply.
