Macy's Return and Refund Policy
Most items you can purchase at Macy's Black Friday sale can be returned within 90 days of the sale. Small electronic items must be returned within 60 days, except tech watches, which need to be returned within 30 days. Apple products and tech accessories need to be returned within 14 days.
If you still proof of purchase, you can receive a refund in the same form of the payment used in the purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase because the item was a gift and you do have the gift receipt, you can only receive store credit. If you no longer have proof of purchase, you could still store credit for the item's lowest 180 day selling price
Returned items must be in like new condition and accompanied by the original tags. All electronic accessories and tech watches need to be in their original packages. You can only return Apple merchandise to a store that sells Apple merchandise. You will get credit applied to your account between 3 and 5 business days after the return. Shipping fees are not refundable.
If you made your purchase in a store then you must return it to a store. If you made your purchase online, you can return it by mail or to a store as you choose.
