Checking Lyft Gift Card Balance
You can check the balance on your Lyft gift card online or through the mobile app by doing the following steps.
- Check your email for the digital gift card you received. This will contain the code to redeem the card.
- Open Lyft on your computer or mobile device and log into your account.
- Tap or click on the menu icon at the top left-hand side of the screen.
- Click "Gift card."
- Key in the 16-digit gift card code along with the four-digit PIN to automatically apply the balance to your Lyft wallet.
- Go back to the menu at the top left-hand side of the screen and tap "Payment" button.
- Your overall account balance will display showing how much is on the gift card (if this was the only amount added), or how much your account went up after applying the gift card (if you had a running balance).

Riders can also call customer support here and inquire about gift card balance. When speaking with customer support, provide the representative with the 16-digit card number and PIN. The representative will be able to provide the balance on the card or determine if the card has been redeemed.
