Our return policy at Laxworld.com is designed to provide customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. Certain items, such as customized products and mouthguards, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, any clearance or final sale items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team or visit one of our store locations. Returns can be refunded in the original form of payment or issued as store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was received or it arrived damaged.
