Group Vendor offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags intact. Once we receive the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that certain items such as personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
