What is the process for exchanging an item?
If you need to exchange an item, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Once approved, package the item securely and send it back to us. Be sure to include the return authorization number with your package. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and send out your new item promptly. Please note that items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for exchange.
