The return policy for products purchased on Ergode allows customers to return unused items for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Customers need to contact Ergode's customer service and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending the item back. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on Ergode's part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. However, certain items may be excluded from this return policy, such as perishable goods and software with opened packaging.
