At Cole Haan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free return policy for our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the tags attached. Returns can be made through our online portal or by visiting any of our Cole Haan stores. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
