What Do I Do If I Never Received a Confirmation Email from Best Western?

If you made a reservation with any Best Western hotel or resort, you should have received a confirmation email shortly after you made it. If you didn't get one, you are probably wondering if something went wrong and you didn't really make the reservation. Fortunately, it's pretty easy to find out. Just keep on reading.

How to Find a Best Western Reservation Online

You can find out whether you have a Best Western reservation online by following these instructions:

  1. Go to the Best Western website.
  2. Click on the Check Reservations button in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  3. Enter your first name, last name, and confirmation number in the text fields provided.
  4. Submit the request.

If your reservation doesn't appear, then it's possible that something did indeed go wrong, and you don't actually have a reservation. Check your bank account to see if you were charged, and contact a Best Western customer service representative.

If you didn't write down your confirmation number when you made the booking (and, of course, you can't check the confirmation email to find it), then you can't use this reservation finder tool. You'll need to contact a Best Western customer service representative.

How to Find a Best Western Reservation on the App

If you have the Best Western app, you can also search for your reservation using it. Follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Best Western app.
  2. Tap on Check Reservations.
  3. Enter your name and confirmation number.
  4. Tap on Submit.

Contacting Best Western

If you need help finding your reservation or finding out what went wrong, you can call a Best Western customer service representative for assistance. There are no online customer service contact options, though.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Best Western Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
