The warranty on our products at Benji Frank provides coverage for one year from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and offer this warranty to assure our customers of their satisfaction. In the unlikely event that any defects arise during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product, free of charge. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. To avail the warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase.
