I paid for an upgrade but still showing free plan
It may take a few minutes for your account to reflect the upgrade. If you've waited and it's still not showing the correct status, log out and back into your account, and confirm if the upgrade now appears. Make sure the upgrade was successful and your payment went through. If it still doesn't reflect your new plan, it's possible you may have multiple Airtable accounts and the upgrade was applied to a different account by mistake. Check any other email addresses you might have used to ensure the upgrade was not applied there. If none of these are the case, there might be some error with your upgrade.
