Our cancellation policy at Advantage Home Helpers, LLC is designed to provide flexibility to our clients while also allowing us to maintain the highest standard of service delivery. We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur, which is why we have established a 24-hour cancellation notice requirement. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to provide the necessary notice may result in a cancellation fee. We believe in open communication and strive to accommodate our clients' needs whenever possible, so please reach out to us if you have any concerns or special circumstances.
