When calling BlackBerry's customer service number, it's important to remember that BlackBerry is no longer offering customer support for its smartphone products, as it discontinued support for them in 2022. As such, this number is only meant for existing customers of its cybersecurity division who have already purchased BlackBerry's security-based products.

This number is also only meant to be used by Canadian customers, as United States-based customers have a different number for their needs. Because of this, unless you're located in Canada, you're probably not going to get much use out of dialing this number.

If you try to make a call to the sales department for information about purchasing a BlackBerry device, you're directed to BlackBerry's website. You're given a choice of whether you want to buy devices for personal use or business use, but it doesn't matter which one you select. In either case, the system will play a message letting you know that you can find devices on BlackBerry's website and can log on there, before hanging up automatically.
