Make sure the image you submit captures your whole ID within the frame. If these tips don’t solve the issue, try restarting the app or your device. If the problem still persists, it might be a temporary system issue that our team is already aware of and is working hard to correct. It would be beneficial to try again after some time.

Unauthorized transaction, on my account I’ve never heard of go puff. I don’t have an account with.Gopuff

Please contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately to report the unauthorized charge. They should be able to initiate a chargeback and start an investigation into the transaction. If the charge came from goPuff, your bank or card issuer will reach out to us as part of their investigation. We cooperate fully with such inquiries to help resolve these situations.
