I had an account with trap call I don’t anymore but the busy line is coming on my phone all of a sudden when sent to voicemail

I paid trap call $4.99 for a week it’s not working and I just paid yesterday and it’s telling me my week is up 4/4/2024 and I just paid 4/1/2024

I can’t see these no caller id numbers calling my phone. I have a trap call active subscription.
