i made a purchase with StyleWe and have not received my order yet. want to know what is the status of receipt.

We apologize for the delay you've been experiencing. In order to check the status of your order, you need to log into your StyleWe account and go to "My Orders". There you can find details of your order status. Delivery times can vary and sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond our control, like custom clearances or transport delays. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

I did not receive all of the items I ordered

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive all of your items. In some cases, orders may be shipped from different locations and arrive separately. If the missing items are not in transit or already arrived, please check your email for any notifications. It's also possible that some items could be out of stock and are on backorder. If none of these situations apply, please ensure that you check around the packaging as small items can sometimes be missed. If you still cannot locate your items, it's best to take the issue up directly with StyleWe's customer service.

I haven't received my order that was charged to my bank account on April 1. My order number is HBB03451532
