We apologize for the inconvenience caused. To correct an incorrect shipping address or shoe size, you need to cancel your order as quickly as possible before it's shipped. Once cancelled, please create a new order with the correct details. Please note cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping. Every effort is made to accommodate your request, but prompt action is required to prevent the order from being dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you may have to wait for it to be delivered before starting the return or exchange process.
