They didn't send my withdrawn money to my confirmed bank account but claim to have done so. My bank didn't get anything. Paypal doesn't provide tracking help, doesn't do anything, just claims they did everything right.

We're sorry to hear about your issue. The withdrawals can sometimes take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If PayPal shows the money as successfully transferred, but you can't see it in your bank account, it's likely because the bank hasn't fully processed it yet. Most banks generally take 2-3 business days, but it could be longer. If it's been longer than this, we would recommend directly contacting your bank for further investigation. They should be able to trace the transfer with the details provided by PayPal.
