SmartGPSEco plugin allows your Magellan GPS device to communicate with SmartGPSEco.com. It helps in updating maps, adding new destinations, and keeping your device firmware up to date. To install it, go to SmartGPSEco.com and create an account or sign in to your existing one. Then, select the "Install the Plugin" button. An agreement form will pop up. After reading, click on 'Accept' to begin the download. Once downloaded, locate the file on your computer and run it. Follow the on-screen instructions for installation. After a successful installation, restart your PC and sign back into the SmartGPSEco website. Connect your Magellan device to your computer, and it should be recognized by the site.

To change the time on your Triton 1500, go to the 'Settings' menu and select 'Time'. You should see options to change the time format (12 hours vs 24 hours), to set the date, and the time.
