LightStream does not provide an account management interface because they are a division of Truist bank that provides simple, straightforward loans. Once your LightStream Loan is funded, you effectively start to repay it and there won't be a balance to check. As for payments, you can set them through your own bank’s online bill pay service. You can also set up auto deductions from your account where the loan is funded to. For detailed account information or specific queries, you would have to reach out to their customer service.

To inquire about a new loan at LightStream, you need to submit an online application through their website. On the website, you'll find various loan options. Choose the one that suits your needs, and follow the prompted steps to apply. You'll need to provide some personal information, including your employment and financial information.
