If your remote buttons are not working well, you can request a replacement remote through your DirecTV account online or via the DirecTV app. There may also be options available through your local retail store, depending on your plan.

To receive your monthly statement and bill at your billing address, ensure your billing information is up to date in your account settings. If you've done this and still have issues, please check for any notifications regarding your account that might affect bill delivery.

You can return your Genie and remote to any authorized DirecTV return location or by mail, using the packaging and instructions provided for returns. Make sure to keep any tracking information if you choose to return by mail.
