I withdrew money and it never went back to my account

We're sorry to hear about this issue. In general, when you withdraw funds from your Digit account, it might take up to three business days for the money to be reflected back into your linked checking account depending on the bank’s processing times. If three business days have passed and you still don't see the money in your account, it would be best to contact your banking institution to discuss this. Alternatively, there could have been an issue with the withdrawal process on Digit's end. For assistance, it would be beneficial to reach out to Digit customer support as they have the ability to check transaction statuses and locate any potential issues.

my transfer hasn't appeared in my checking account

Transfers from Digit to your bank usually take one business day to complete if they are submitted before 4pm ET on business days. If the transfer was submitted after this time, or on a weekend or holiday, it may take an extra business day to arrive. If more than two business days have passed, there might be a problem. We suggest you verify the bank details that you've added to your Digit account or contact your bank to get it resolved.
