How do I get you to fulfil what I have paid for and take away the packaging on my tv

Currys offers delivery, installation, and recycling services for most products, including TVs. When you make a purchase, you have the option to add these services to your order. If you've opted for the installation service, our team will unpack and install your new TV, and they can also remove all packaging materials. If your TV has already been delivered and you need the packaging removed, give us a call and we'll arrange for this. Remember to keep in mind that there may be an added charge for these services.

How do I know if an item is on display in a store

My care plan has started but I have not had the product delivered yet

We're sorry for any confusion in this situation. It's not common for your care plan to start before you've received your product, as the plan typically begins after your product has been delivered. It's possible that the start date of your care plan has been automatically placed when you purchased the product, rather than when you received it. We'd recommend holding onto all your purchase and delivery papers until you receive your product. Once you have your product, if any issues arise with it under your care plan, they should be covered from the day you received the product, not just from the start date of the plan.
