Unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for Clear membership cancellations. Once a member pays for a year of service, the fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the entire annual membership, regardless of when the member decides to cancel. You can use your membership until the end of your prepaid term.

We apologize for any confusion. If it appears you have two accounts, it could be that you accidentally created a duplicate. It's critical to resolve this as it can cause issues with check-ins and other services. Please provide us with the email addresses you think are connected to each account, and we'll look into it. We will deactivate one of the accounts upon your request. In the future, when you're signing up or linking accounts, ensure you're always using the same account information to avoid duplications.
