Can I just go to Argos and order a product and pay for the item

Yes, you can definitely go to any Argos store and order a product directly. You will need to locate your item in the catalogue or on the digital kiosk, write down the catalogue number, and then bring it to the cashier's desk. There, you can pay for your item using cash, debit card, or credit card. You will be given a receipt with a collection number. When your number is displayed, you can collect your item from the collection point.

I am trying to cancel an order but it won't let me

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble cancelling an order. With Argos, once an order has been placed it moves quickly into processing which means it may not be possible to cancel prior to delivery. However, once you've received your order, you can still return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided it's in original condition. Please ensure to have your receipt or order confirmation handy. Take your item to an Argos store, or if it was delivered, you can request a collection by getting in touch with the Argos Customer Service team. Once your item is returned, you will be issued a full refund.
