If you've lost your phone and have a new one with a new SIM card, you will need to contact Access Wireless customer service to transfer your old phone number to the new phone. They will be able to make sure your account is correctly transferred over. They will need to verify your information for security reasons. Only the official customer service can assist with this process. We recommend doing this as soon as possible to prevent any possible issues with your account or service.
